Microsoft has today published footage online of the upcoming Rise of the Tomb Raider, which was seen behind closed doors at Gamescom last week.
The 13 minute gameplay demo, which you can see below, depicts Lara raiding the “Prophet’s Tomb.” Tombs were a highly requested feature for the upcoming game, given that Rise of the Tomb Raider’s predecessor had a significant lack of the iconic caverns.
In other Tomb Raider news, Square Enix America CEO Phil Rogers may have accidentally let slip that there are already plans for a sequel for Rise of the Tomb Raider. Speaking to Gamespot, the CEO revealed that there was an overarching story to be told across three games.
Rise of the Tomb Raider will be released for Xbox One and Xbox 360 on November 10th, then early 2016 for PC, and late 2016 for Playstation 4.
